It taste like french toast. It's really good. I made it yesterday evening and tasted it. This morning, I reheat my serving in the microwave cause I prefered it warm. I used Old English Spiced and Fruited Sugar for Apple Pies Etc! on top. It went well with it. I used frozen blueberries that I defrosted in the microwave for 5 minutes. But I didn't drain. I used whole milk instead of cream. The bread I used was a remaining of Guatemalan Challah Thanks Quiltingqueen. Made for Breakfast Photo Forum.

Super easy to make and sooo yummy! This will be my new favorite breakfast option. We didn't have any frozen blueberries, but did have a triple berry mix, and used that instead. It was delightful! I think I will try frozen sliced strawberries next time. We used whole grain bread, and I loved how the flavor came through.
