This is a soup I created from ingredients on hand.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

    Heat olive oil in a large heavy stock pot. Chop onions and garlic, and brown them in the oil. Chop and add bacon. Chop and add peppers, celery, carrots.

    Add milk and chicken broth.
  3. 3
    Bring to simmer.
  4. 4
    Add peas, halibut and salmon.
  5. 5
    Simmer for 20 mins or until the fish is cooked.
  6. 6
    Serve, with or without cheddar.
