Another great way to cook one of my favorite vegetables. Great flavor and texture, served with Simple Crock Pot Chicken and Potatoes. Made for Fall 2008 PAC Thanks!

Very good and simple to make. Followed the recipe exactly as written other then I cooked mine on the grill and I didn't measure my olive oil, I just drizzled it on. Everyone enjoyed this side dish. Made for Fall PAC 2008.
