Salmon With Lemon and Cilantro

Came up with this recipe when my oven suddenly broke down and I couldn't bake my salmon. Surprisingly delicious, easy and very healthy!

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    In a Teflon/non-stick skillet add olive oil and heat.
  2. 2
    Rinse salmon and rub in chopped cilantro tops.
  3. 3
    Put in hot fry pan skin side down.
  4. 4
    Squeeze lemon juice over fillet and add lemons to the hot olive oil.
  5. 5
    Move fillet occasionally to prevent sticking.
  6. 6
    Fry about 12 minutes and flip.
  7. 7
    Do not let lemons come between the fillet and the hot olive oil.
  8. 8
    Fry for another 12 minutes, remove and put on plate skin side down with the fried lemons as a garnish.

    Enjoy!
