I'm trying to increase my protien intake to build lean muscle. I was given this recipe by a friend.

SERVES 1 , 1 pancake (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix egg whites, oatmeal, and banana in a blender. Spray a 6-inch teflon pan with cooking spray and place on low/medium heat. Pour mixture in pan, cover, and cook approximately 4-5 minutes. Flip pancake over with a spatula and cook approximately 1-2 more minutes or until inside of the pancake is cooked. Top your pancake with a lite flavored yogurt, sugar free syrup or a low sugar jam. If pancake is too moist, use on 1/2 banana in the recipe.
