Blueberry buckle --serves about 6 people

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. 2
    Toss blueberries in 2 tbsp of flour.
  3. 3
    Put in blueberries in bottom of greased 8 1/2 inch square pan or pie plate.

    Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar together.
  5. 5
    Lightly mix in egg, milk, baking powder and salt.into butter sugar mixture.
  6. 6
    Place over berries.
  7. 7
    Combine 1/4 cup sugar with a little cinnamon and nutmeg.
  8. 8
    Sprinkle on top and bake 40-45 minutes.
