"Grilled Watermelon?" I thought to myself, "I've got to try it" This recipe is so perfectly simple and tasty. I served the melon (cubed) on a spring mixed salad tossed with a balsamic vinaigrette, crumbled feta cheese and sliced almonds. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you!
