Made & reviewed your Roasted Chicken Breasts Base Recipe, along with this recipe, but forgot to indicate in the other review that I ended up substituting some lemon pepper for the indicated salt & pepper! Also used a rounded measure of the lemon zest (Am a big zest fan!), & the resulting chicken dish was VERY, VERY TASTY! Thanks for sharing!
