We have been preparing tilapia (our fave fish) with this method for years. I did not know Progresso made panko, as we have always used it in a bag. It makes a lovely, light breading and is a versatile coating for many sauteed dishes. Thanks for adding to my knowledge bank, RecipeJunkie !!
