Easy to make, good flavor. Quite strong ginger scent in raw dough, but just right once cooked. My children loved them....I'm going to make a batch to freeze, for lunchboxes and recess snacks.

Some gingerbreads are too strong for our tastes, but this one had just the right amount of molasses. The dough was easy to work with & the final product is a firm but soft scone. I think the recipe is perfect as is, but I threw in a handful of white chocolate chips anyway.
