Stir Fried Shrimp and Mushrooms

Another handwritten page in my folder, pulled for dinner tonight. It is very simple, and can be prepared in less time if you buy cooked and deveined shrimp.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Saute garlic in oil, in skillet or wok for 1 minute.
  2. 2
    Add shrimp, mushrooms and onions.
  3. 3
    Stirfry for 1 minute.
  4. 4
    Stir in broth.
  5. 5
    Cook 2 minutes longer, or until shrimp turn pink.
  6. 6
    Serve over rice.
  7. 7
    Garnish with lemon.

This stir fry was very delicious! I made one of my recipes (My Secret Shrimp Sauce Recipe) to drizzle over this stir fry and it was so tasty. Dh and I ate til we were stuffed. This was very simple to make and one that I will keep for future times when company comes over. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe!
