A nice and easy savory snack made from the store cupboard and great as a lunch box extra.

9 squares (change servings and units)

    Preheat the oven to 180c/gas, lightly oil a 7inch square cake tin.
  2. 2
    Melt the butter in a large saucespan.Remove from heat & stir in the cheese, egg, yogurt & oats until well blended. Season to taste.
  3. 3
    Spoon into the prepared tin & level the surface. Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin.
  4. 4
    Cut into 9 squares.
