Doubled the recipe for myself & my other half & that worked out just fine! Also used frozen cranberries & left out the ice, so the flavors were a bit more intense, giving us a WONDERFULLY SATISFYING SMOOTHIE, & a recipe that's a keeper! Tart. . YES! I added 2 small packets of Splenda which was perfect for my liking. My cranberries were frozen which worked well (but didn't look quite as pretty for the picture due to the frost). A refreshing wake-me-up this morning! I truly like the combo of cranberries and oranges. Next time perhaps I will add a little fresh grated ginger. . .hmmmm.
