Taken from a Facebook group. A new use for ice cube trays! Cook time is chill time

SERVES 5 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Using a fork, vigorously mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and Splenda until smooth and well blended.
  2. 2
Evenly distribute mixture into 10 sections of an ice cube tray.
  3. 3
Tap tray firmly on the counter a few times to get mixture to settle flat.
  4. 4
Next, top each with a teaspoon of chocolate syrup.
  5. 5
    Tap tray again to settle.
  6. 6
Place tray in freezer until Bites are solid -- at least 2 hours.
  7. 7
Once frozen, Cheesecake Bites should pop out easily (if not, run the bottom of the tray under the faucet for a few seconds to loosen them).

I doubled the recipe & made in 4 ramekins instead of an ice cube tray. Simple & delicious... Thanks

These are a great keeper as you can make them ahead and you always have some nice little treat if guests are coming or if you want a little something late at night. i might want to add something to it, it was just quite too small.
