Made this in conjunction with Puerto Rican Arroz Con Pollo (Rice and Chicken)... Easy to throw together with ingredients I had in the spice pantry... with the exception of the Mexican oregano, which I picked up at the farmer's market. I loved the fact that I can make a fresh batch anytime I need it instead of buying a huge jar of the pre-mixed spice at the store. Since I only needed 1 TBS, I am planning on using the rest as a rub on some pork chops. Thanks for posting!!!
