Fantastic Fresh Tomato Salad

SERVES 4 , 4 cups
Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons premium extra virgin olive oil
Directions

Wash and dice tomatoes. Put diced tomatoes into a glass bowl. Add the salt and olive oil and mix. Serve immediately. That's it. Sometimes the simplest things are the best.2
Note: The flavor of your olive oil will dictate the flavor of this dish. I highly recommend using an oil that's worthy of consuming by itself. Gianfranco Becchina's Olio Verde is what I prefer to use.
