Makes 18 beautiful muffins!!

18 muffins (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

    Add biscuit mix and sugar; mix well. Add remaining ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

    Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.

    Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
