Use only the best tomatoes!

SERVES 4 , 4 baked tomatoes (change servings and units)

Directions

    Cut tops off tomatoes.

    Gently squeeze out some of the juice and seeds.

    Salt and pepper inside.

    Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into tomatoes.

    Place in greased bakind dish.

    Bake at 400F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
