was having a BBQ and had leftover boiled potatoes so I mixed the potoes with a few things I had in the cupboard

SERVES 2 -4 (change servings and units)

    1) Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.

    2) Heat The Oil and the Garlic in a Pan.
  3. 3
    3) Add the Potato cubes and the scallions to the pan.
  4. 4
    4) finally add the pine nuts and fry the mixture for about 5 to 10 minutes.
