This is a great quick meal or tailgate food! Kid friendly....

    In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add sloppy joe sauce; cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until heated through.

    Arrange tortilla chips on a serving plate. Top with meat mixture, cheese and olives if desired.

Yum ! SJs are like comfort food for me, I crave them & decided I had to make this yesterday after seeing the pic. I made my own SJ sauce, but had no tortilla chips. So I liberally stuffed all the fixins into flour tortillas, served the SJs as burritos topped w/a dollop of sour cream & they were great! Thx for sharing this recipe w/us.

    This made a great lunch for the adults! I didn't measure the cheese or olives, so I'm guessing that I probably used extra of those since I love them! After assembling, I placed it under the broiler for a minute, then spooned on some sour cream and chile verde salsa, and sprinkled some chopped cilantro over. Thanks, Debee939701!
