This recipe makes about 5 cups of Teriyaki saucve. If that is more than you'll use in this lifeime, reduce the recipe by half.... This sauce will keep indefinitely and actually improves during storage as a result of melding of flavors. Use on: chicken, rice, fish, japanese dishes, burgers and marinades for steak.
