A nice change of pace side dish for pork chops. Recipe from the LuckyLeaf website.

    In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except parsley. Bring to a boil and stir. Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in parsley.
