Boy was this great. I was in a rush, and I had some precooked brown rice in the freezer, so I used that and only 1 cup of broth and let it simmer for about 20 mins. The mix of flavors was wonderful, I thought the spice was just right, DH thought it was on the spicy side. I also served this over sauted cabbage, tasted like a cabbage roll. YUMM. Made for football tag week #6.
