Any fruit can be substituted for blueberries.

    Blend flour, milk salt and eggs.

    Carefully fold in blueberries.

    In iron skillet, pour batter into sizzling butter,.

    Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the pancake.

    Sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar.
