This was just fabulously delicious!I had to change a few of the ingredients,as they're not available here in the UK.Instead of black beans,I found a tin of mixed beans in spicy tomato sauce (kidney, black, haricot and pinto)and instead of Rotel tomatoes I used a regular tin,but added 3 chopped jalapeno. We also don't have ranch dressing,so I had to omit it completely.I used homemade taco seasoing, and probably added a bit too much,as my DH said that it was quite spicy, but I thought that it was perfect. A really delightful recipe, that we enjoyed very much. This is a winner for me.Thanks Nasseh. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders.

I love taco soup and this one hit the spot. I followed the recipe as written, using hamburger. I added extra cheese to the tops of the bowls when serving. Everyone enjoyed it.

This is delicious. This soup is flavorful and comforting. I used chicken breasts this time and will try it with ground beef as well when I make it again. Thanks for sharing!
