Zesty Banana-Pineapple Fruit Leather (Dehydrator)

From Home Food Dehydrating by Jay and Shirley Bills. I haven't tried it yet, but I think it sounds yummy.
SERVES 4 -6
Ingredients
- 2 cups bananas
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 tablespoon orange peel, dried ground
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
1
Puree, spread on dehydrator sheet, and dehydrate several hours.

Really YUMMY- like candy!!! 
...loved the "zest" the lemon and orange peel gave...{DE-hi tip...I have taken to drying all my citrus peels while drying anything...so I have them at hand for seasoning things - love when nothing goes to waste} -this "cooked" for about 16 hours until it seemed 'just right' for my liking but we all know how that can vary... {lol} GREAT FLAVORS !!-Thanks mliss 29...made for the "Healthy Choices Game"
