Super Easy Healthy Pasta Salad

I tried to make this as healthy as possible. You might want to add cheese or a vinagarette. You also may prefer not to cook the spinach. If so, just use less because it shrinks when cooked.

SERVES 1 , 1 serving (change servings and units)

    Dice the tomato.
  2. 2
    Boil the Rotini. While the Rotini is boiling.
  3. 3
    Boil Peas, Lima Beans, and Tomato.
  4. 4
    Put Spinach in a separate pan on high heat until wilted.
  5. 5
    Drain the Rotini and Vegetables.
  6. 6
    Combine and Enjoy!
