If you like Cajun/Creole flavor, this recipe is for you! It is a super easy and delicious, spicy Cajun creamy pasta dish!. We make this at least once a week, it's that good! The recipe is very flexible, try substituting chicken or shrimp for the sausage! Everytime we make this for company, they beg for the recipe! Serve with garlic bread and a salad and you have a great meal!

Really liked this a lot! Didn't have the blacken seasoning so found a recipe for it and just chunked the individual seasonings in. Worked fine. Next time, though, I think I'll see how it works with ziti or rotini instead of a string-type pasta.

Took this to a family reunion and it was the talk of the reunion. Instead of using the jarred sauce my son made the alfredo sauce from scratch. I doubled this recipe and it made a large punch bowl full.
