I got this recipe from a friend at work. Not only does it make great bloody mary's, but also a killer red beer! Great for any recipe where you want a little zing in your juice.

    Cut tomatoes into quarters (no need to peel) and cook until mushy. Cool down then run through blender and then through a food mill. Bring juice to a boil and add the other ingredients. Carefully fill canning jars with hot juice. Jars will seal as the juice cools.
