Jalapeno Turkey Burgers

A delicious burger that's low fat and delicious! From the South Beach Diet "Taste of Summer" cookbook.

SERVES 4 , 4 burgers (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Remove the seeds from the jalapeno and mince.
  2. 2
    Combine the turkey, egg yolk, jalapeno, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste.

    Form the mixture into four patties.
  4. 4
    Grill the burgers until done, about 8 minutes on each side.
  5. 5
    Serve with shredded Monterrey Jack cheese melted over top on a whole wheat bun, and enjoy!
