I would use a bit less yeast... I used the 2.5 teaspoons, and BOY-HOWDY, did it rise! And then it deflated... But it's a VERY tasty bread, and likely to become our standard sandwich bread.

oooooooh, very nice bread. this may become our new regular loaf, as our former regular loaf doesn't seem to want to turn out well in our new machine. I did eyeball the honey, and probably eyeballed too much--it sank a little. and I used regular activated dry yeast, but I wonder what bread machine yeast would do to it...

Made yesterday, it is a dense tasty bread. Was looking for a loaf I could slice without it collapsing on me. This recipe fits the bill.
