Grilled Chicken Wings

Recipe #31266 | 35 min | 15 min prep | add private note

The marinade is simply wonderful and so easy. If you bite into one of these hot off the grill the rest may not make it into the house! Make extras because the kids will eat them cold the next day. I marinated the wings for 6 hours to overnight. I also use 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger finely grated instead of ground ginger.

  1. 1
Cut the chicken wings into three pieces and discard tips.

Very yummy. I Baked these as arb288 did. They had a wonderful flavor and everyone loved them. I served with a baked potato and green beans. I think I will try this marinade with grown up sized chicken pieces. Thanks for posting.

sorry, but this marinade is just really bland - i marinated for over 3 hours, and there just wasn't much flavor, but i did steal arb's baking of the wings idea for future use

Wow! I made these wings for my husband and myself tonight and they were fabulous. i marinated them for 6 hours and then we tossed them on the barbie. It's been really hot in Toronto these last few days so these wings were perfect out on our deck with a pasta salad and some romaine with loats of cherry tomatoes. We washed them down with a chilled white wine.Divine!Geoval2

It just doesn't get any better! These are so good and so easy to make. This recipe will be a permanent addition to my cookbook! I served these with fries and coleslaw. Scrumptious! Thanks Charlotte!
