This is my sister's recipe, she makes it often when I visit, and I absolutely love it! It's quick and easy, and so delicious, hot or cold.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Whisk eggs in a large bowl.
  2. 2
    Add flour and milk. Stir with whisk until combined.
  3. 3
    Add cheese, mushrooms, capsicum, onion, and bacon. Stir well.
  4. 4
    Pour into greased & floured quiche dish.
  5. 5
    Top with sliced tomato, and sprinkle with Pizza Topper Herbs.
  6. 6
    Cook for 40 minutes at 180C, or until firm to touch.
