My Mom's recipe from "who knows"...Mary Alice Exley...I guess! Anyway, a nice smooth cream cheese & noodle casserole with a tomato based sauce...enjoy!

SERVES 4 -6 , 4 -6 platefulls (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Brown meat, with butter and garlic.

    Cook noodles and drain.
  3. 3
    Add first 7 ingredients to noodles.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
  5. 5
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
