My naighbor makes this all the time and it is really good.

SERVES 8 , 2 loafs (change servings and units)

    Mix all ingredients and beat well at low speed on mixer. Then beat 1 minute on medium speed.

    Put in 2 greased and floured loaf pans or in 1 greased and floured tube pan.

    Cook about 30 - 45 minutes.
