Great tasting recipe from Cook's Illustrated--they like the flavor of Texas Best or Bull's Eye Barbecue sauce here or feel free to use your favorite. Below is the original recipe, however, I made some adjustments, which I noted below, because of what I had on hand and it still tasted great!
