I love this recipe because it tastes homemade but it's a cinch to make. It's also a great base recipe that can be easily customized to fit your family's tastes.

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

    Beat eggs. Blend in milk and sour cream. Add cornbread mix and corn.

I love this recipe even though I also make my mamma's from scratch cornbread as well. We love it as is, but we also love it with fried, crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar added in. If I'm in a hurry, I use the Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits. The amount depends on how much bacon you want in your cornbread, but we like alot so I usually use the whole package. It's quick and very delish. Especially good served with a pot of creamy potato soup. Really quick, really good comfort food.
