SWEET GRAPES WITH CARAMEL CREAM , WALNUTS AND CINNAMON.......WHAT MORE CAN I SAY?

SERVES 10 -12 , 10 cups (change servings and units)

    Cook sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler.
  2. 2
    Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. 3
    Keep stirring with a wooden spoon till thick and caramel in color. Say 30 minutes.

    Let cool a bit before adding cream.
  5. 5
    Stir well to combine.
  6. 6
    Cut grapes into half (I peel mine because my kids don't like the skin).

    Pour the grapes into the caramel mixture.
  8. 8
    Mix in the crushed nuts.
  9. 9
    Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
  10. 10
    Makes a refreshing cold Salad during summer.
