Couscous Flax Seed Porridge

I work in an oatmill and am sick of oat porridge. Couscous is a great change and has a wonderful mouth feel when combined with whole flaxseeds - pops in your mouth.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

    Mix all ingredients together in bowl. and microwave for 2mins on high. Stir and further cook if required.
