Aphrodisiacal Vanilla Milk Bath

Recipe #311529 | 25 min | 25 min prep | add private note

Vanilla is so popular as a fragrance in everything from bodycare to candles and air fresheners---it has that secret something that draws us in! In tests done by the Smell and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago to understand the impact of smell upon sexual arousal, it was discovered the smell which arouses mature men the most was vanilla. In addition to being an aphrodisiac, soaking in this fragrant milk bath is very soothing and will make your skin soft.

What a great idea! I usually buy a body shop milk bath that costs a fortune for a small tub so this is great. The vanilla scent wasn't as evident as I would have liked but I do have a big bath so maybe I should have doubled the mixture but the milk powder cornflour comboi really leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. Thanks for posting!

This was absolutely lovely! I would add more vanilla next time. I would also say that if you're soaking in a large tub that it would probably be a good idea to double the batch.
