Clint-Os BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups butter
• 2 1/2 cups diced onions
• 2 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic cloves
• 10 cups apple cider vinegar
• 10 cups tomato paste
• 2 1/2 cups worcestershire sauce
• 3 1/2 tablespoons salt
• 2 tablespoons pepper
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 2 1/2 cups molasses
• 2/3 cup prepared yellow mustard
• 2/3 cup lemon juice
• 3 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
• 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
• 2 cups bourbon or tennessee whiskey

   Melt butter,add onion and garlic. Saute until onions are golden brown. Stir remaining ingriediants. Reduce heat to low and cook til thickens.
