Irresistible Blueberry Muffins

These muffins cook up moist with a crunchy, tasty top !

SERVES 16 -18 , 16 -18 Large Muffins (change servings and units)

    Heat oven to 400 degrees.

    Muffins- Combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  3. 3
    Mix in vegetable oil, egg and milk.

    Fold in the blueberries.
  5. 5
    Grease muffin tin or use paper liners.
  6. 6
    Topping- Mix sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon. Mix with fork and sprinkle over muffins.

    Fill muffin cups right to the top and sprinkle with crumb mixture.

    Bake 20-25 minutes.
