Layers of steak covered with sauce, baked in oven

SERVES 4 , 4 servings (change servings and units)

Directions

    Put flour in plastic bag, season with salt & pepper.
  2. 2
    Put each steak separately in bag and shake to coat with seasoned flour.
  3. 3
    Pour 100ml of mixed sauce on bottom of dish pack layer of steak and repeat and end with layer of sauce.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated 180°C oven for 1 hour.
