Simple to make and apparently negative calorie too (i.e. takes more calories to digest than what is present). Wonderful taste and just perfect for a quick lunch / dinner

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Combine beans, stock, water, onion and carrot and cook for 15minutes.

    Add Black Pepper and Lemon Juice and cook a further 15-20minutes.

    Serve.
