We'll definately make this roll up again. We've made it twice — the second time without the bacon. It was a little dryer without the bacon, so keep that step. We also made Rachael's rice & grapes cooked in red wine, and some fresh string beans cooked with garlic & olive oil. Yummy! I had the best leftovers at the office last week!
