Chef Cajun Deb's Green Stuff

Ingredients

• 4 onions
• 4 bell peppers
• 1 head celery

Directions

   rinse bell peppers and celery.

   skin onions.

   cut onion, pepper and clelery into large chunks.

   add half of onions, peppers and celery into blender.

   blend till liquified.

   pour into ice cube trays.

   blend the rest of onions, peppers and celery.

   pour into ice cube trays.

   freeze the green stuff.

    when frozen put into zip lock bags.

    use in any gravy, beans,in pot roast or any recipe that calls for onions, bell peppers and celery.
