This looked so good....unfornatelty I have not tried it yet. But now that the weather is getting warmer and it will give me a serving of fruit , so I will have an excuse to eat the ice cream. Hope you enjoy.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Peel the mango. Chop it finely.

    Peel the bananas. Slice them finely.
  3. 3
    Put the fruit into a large bowl. Add lemon and orange juice. Toss lightly. Serve the ice cream in a sundae dish. Cover with the mixed fruit.
