This goes down smooth as silk. My son hadn't been feeling well for a few days and didn't want to eat as his throat was very sore. It is the end of the week so my pantry was a bit bare. I put together these ingredients and it did go down very easily, sweet and smooth. I don't think we will be waiting for someone to be sick to try this out again. It is very sweet so if you don't like sweet you may want to leave out the syrup.

This was really good. We had it for breakfast this morning. I used vanilla ice cream and I did leave out the syrup due to preference. Thanks for sharing. Made for PRMR tag game.

Yummy! I made this for Little Miss (DD) for breakfast and she really enjoyed it. I used lactose free vanilla yoghurt and then kept to the recipe. Thank you Laffer - Made for Zaar World Tour 4

Great way to use up the apple sauce that I have. It's thick, sweet, leaning more on the taste of bananas, delicious and quick to make. DH requested for another. Thanks, Laffer! Made for the Veggie Swap.

Used frozen vanilla yogurt for this, but another time would switch to regular vanilla yogurt AND a frozen banana! Nevertheless, this is a GREAT TASTING SMOOTHIE & definitely a keeper of a recipe!
