Sugar Free Banana Bread Crumble

Ingredients

Fruit Filling

• 2 medium bananas, diced
• 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
• 1/2 cup sugar substitute, preferably splenda
• 1 tablespoon raisins
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons water

Crumb Topping

• 1/2 cup oatmeal
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/4 cup margarine
• 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons sugar substitute, preferably Splenda

Directions

   Preheat over to 350 degrees.

   Combine filling ingedients except for bananas, cornstarch and water in a pot. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes until apples are slightly soft. Then add sliced bananas.

   Dissolve cornstarch in water and then add to filling. Bring to a boil and then remove pot from the heat.

   Fully combine all ingredients for topping in a small bowl.

   Divide the filling between 4 greased ramekins or put it all into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle crumb topping over the filling.

   Bake for 20 minutes.
