This is great for a chocolate fix, a decadent brekky recipe adapted from Mr Breakfast.

Nice, filling treat for breakfast. Next time I will just cut the bananas thinly so as to better preserve the true banana flavor. I added a 1/2 T of half & half at the end to thin it out a bit.

    I really loved this oatmeal. And maybe another time I'll try with cocoa powder like Annacia did. I added milk at the end. Thanks Mandy. Made for Beverage tag.

    What a great change of the daily pace. Total yumm factor here. I used cocoa powder in place of the chips only to trim the sugar. If this won't get the kids to eat their oatmeal trade them in because they are defective! *wink*. Thanks Mandy :D

    TY Mandy for the delicious recipe I just happened upon this a.m. It was a great little chocolate fix like you mentioned but not that sweet for a morning brekky. I love the added banana part too. I used both part water and part skim milk for the liquid. Thanks for posting this keeper~!
